We are equipped with high tech digital capabilities to conceptualize, design, alter, modify, purify, magnify and reproduce all types of graphic requirements related to Printing which are managed by professionally qualified hands. Colour calibrated monitors/screens with direct graphic compatibilities are available to perform.

“Computer to Plate” CTP plate writing, developing/ processing are facilitated In-House. No outsourcing of any work hence Customers’ artwork properties are not exposed to outsiders.

All printing units are sophisticated and computer controlled. Large sized Heidelberg printing machines of Germany with Alcohol Dampening system are placed in Press room which is temperature controlled dust free for optimum productivity and quality.

Automatic paper adjusting, ink leveling, print positioning & registration, double sheet/ misprint detecting are a few features automatically monitored and attended by computer consoles.

LK106MT is a new high speed Flat Bed die cutting press.

This large machine is fully digitally controlled. A Sate of the Art latest model equipped to facilitate Die Cutting, Creasing Embossing and Hot Stamp Foiling in one impression.

Further die cutting section is equipped with Heidelberg SBD 25¼” x 35¾ ” Cylinder machine, Heidelberg SBB 22½” x 32¼ ” Cylinder machine and PVQ 19” x 25½” Hand Platen. These capacities match with Full Strength – Print output to ensure the continuity of any work load for die-cutting without a bottle neck.

Electronically programmable precise sizing and trimming are standard operational functions in Guillotine cutting.

High Speed Carton Folder Gluer with Pre-braking facility, batch counting & segmenting are in action.
